We don’t have any products to show right now.

As embodied practitioners, we bring our whole selves to our work– which can be a joy and a challenge. In this two hour, creative workshop, we’ll identify some common places where our life force may be leaking; explore unconscious patterns that might undermine our best intentions; and rekindle the spark of love for what we do.

An experiential workshop of self-discovery for practitioners to:

  • shine a light on the common unconscious patterns that lead us to burnout & compassion fatigue

  • identify where your vitality is being drained

  • reconnect with your sources of nourishment, meaning and joy

This is for yoga teachers, coaches, somatic professionals, personal trainers & anyone who seeks to hold the whole human in their practice working with others. This meeting will be recorded if you are not able to attend live. 25% of proceeds go to benefit The Breathe Network.

EMBODIED PRACTITIONER BUSINESS COACHING PICKS UP WHERE YOUR CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS LEFT OFF.

If you're like me, your professional training did not prepare us for the deeper challenges of working with humans in an embodied way. You may find yourself feeling tired, frustrated, on the edge of burnout,  and wondering if you're in the right profession after all-- you're not alone.

I believe that each of us needs experienced support in our practice to help us with the challenges of our client work. I help my clients to make the unconscious conscious in their own bodies, so they can work more skillfully as practitioners and business owners while remaining connected to their inner spark.
