Moon salutations, or chandra namaskar, are a way to honor the archetypal feminine qualities of the moon's energy. This practice is designed to be more accessible, with a variety of options and slower pace for mindful awareness, but will require the ability to get up and down off the floor (cannot be done in a chair). We'll close with time for guided meditation, rest, and/or reflection. Please bring a notebook and writing implement if you'd like to draw or journal during this time. 

No experience required. Bring a yoga mat, any props you prefer, and a notebook/pen, if desired.
